The conference fee for one participant from an
organization is € 2.950 (+16%, at the prevailing
Spanish VAT rate, = € 3.422).
Special group booking rates are applicable for
participants coming from the same organization
or group, if invoiced to the same address,
and they apply as follows: For the second
and third: € 2.400 +16% = € 2.784
fourth and fifth: € 2.200 +16% = € 2.552
For the sixth onwards: € 1.800 +16% = € 2.088

contact the marketing manager in your local
Hay Group office or book online.
These rates will only be applied when a group
booking reference is quoted on the registration
document.
Indemnity
Should the venue or speaker change, for any
reason outside the control of Hay Group,
or the event be cancelled due to an act of
terrorism, war or medical emergency, extreme
weather conditions or industrial action,
Hay Group will endeavour to reschedule.
The client hereby indemnifies and holds
Hay Group not liable for any and all costs,
damages and expenses, including legal fees
which may be incurred by the client.
The construction, validity and execution of this
agreement shall be governed in all respects by
the laws of Germany to the exclusive jurisdiction
of whose Courts the Parties hereby agree to
submit. Hay Group reserves the right to change
the venue or speakers at the conference should
circumstances dictate.
Confirmation details
Participants will receive a confirmation upon
receipt of payment and will only be admitted
once payment has been received in full
before the conference. If payment has not yet
been received when the event commences,
participants will be asked to provide a credit
card to allow their registration to be processed
on-site and gain admittance to the conference.
Payment
An invoice will be issued shortly after your registration, both for credit card payments and bank transfers.
Payment is due within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations can only be accepted when made
through the online registration form, which can
be updated at any time, or in writing to your
local Hay Group office. Access to the online
registration form is strictly personal
and confidential, to protect your privacy.
Therefore please remember to make any
personal changes on the online form yourself.
Refunds will be made as follows:
- 100% (less 10% service charge)
for cancellations received on or before
13 March 2009
- 50% between 14 March and 17 April 2009
- No refund for cancellation after 18 April 2009
